10k Race Training Plan – 3 Weeks to Go

I will be racing a 10k at Cheltenham Racecourse on June 13th (as long as the race is not cancelled because of Covid!). My recent PB is a smidge under 51 minutes, but I am targeting a finishing time of 48 minutes.

Below is my 4-week training plan. Week 1 is almost finished already.
