Below is a chart to show the WMA age grading (measure of quality) of my runs so far during 2021 up to and including today, 5th April 2021.
Red markers are used to show the runs of 10km or above, and blue markers for the shorter runs. Each marker is labelled with the distance run, rounded to the nearest km.
The chart shows that the long runs have been getting consistently faster since the end of January 2021, with the final run shown being today’s 12.61km in 1h 07m 19s which is 53m 23s 10k pace, but maintained over a 25% longer distance.
